I'm sorry I understand there is something wrong with the other folders not working, but I thought I should inform the group that the featured folder is now full so no artwork can be submitted at the moment.

uh...yah. Call me an idiot, but I'm having the same issue as these other guys - I can't submit to anything other than the featured folder. I'm going to submit there, purely because I can't anywhere else.
